
李根,华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院、新能源电力系统全国重点实验室教授、博士生导师,国家级(海外)高层次青年人才,英国特许工程师(CEng)。
2011年获东北电力大学学士学位,2013年获新加坡南洋理工大学硕士学位,2018年获英国卡迪夫大学博士学位(“玛丽∙居里”学者)。2018年2月起任卡迪夫大学博士后研究员,2022年9月起任丹麦科技大学长聘副教授、电力系统保护实验室负责人,加拿大滑铁卢大学访问教授。于2025年6月全职回国加入华北电力大学四方所毕天姝校长团队。
多年来一直从事直流输配电系统控制与保护方面的研究工作,参与/承担多个欧盟“玛丽∙居里”项目、东芝国际(欧洲)公司、英国国家电网公司、苏格兰电力能源公司、英国工程与自然科学研究理事会、丹麦科技大学等资助的科研项目。已发表SCI论文80余篇,其中第一/通讯作者29篇,1部Wiley-IEEE专著章节作者,谷歌学术(截至2025年6月16日)引用3611次,H因子29,在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics上发表的MMC阀侧故障保护文章单篇引用126次。
